Truck driver decides to stop for a drink in a town he's going through. Walks up to the bartender and says, "I'll take a beer." The bartender pours him a beer and he goes about drinking it. About half-way through a black man walks up and asks the bartender for a drink - the bartender pulls out a shotgun and shoots him right there on the spot. The truck driver looks at the bartender like 'wtf?' The bartender says, "It's okay, you can shoot them around here." The truck driver shrugs, finishes his drink and decides to go on his way.
The truck driver is almost outside of town when all of the sudden a bunch of watermelons start falling out the back of his truck. The truck driver stops to try and get things in order when a bunch of black people come running up, grabbing the watermelons and taking off. The truck driver thinks, "Okay, fuck this." He pulls out his shotgun and starts shooting them as they try to grab his watermelons. About this time the sheriff pulls up and says, "Just what the hell do you think you're doing?" The truck driver says, "It's okay - I stopped at the bar back there and the bartender said you can shoot them around here." The sheriff looks at the truck driver and says, "Yeah, but you can't bait them!"
