A team of diggers...

A team of diggers are digging a big hole for a project that will take years to complete. Day after day they dig. Months pass, then years pass. Finally a digger collapses from fatigue. He's to weak to move so people gather around him. But before he can say anything he passes. The diggers all pray in silence for a minute. Then they bury him.


One of them says, "What should we do now that the foreman has passed?"

A confident digger says, "We finish the job, for him!". So everyone picks up a shovel and begins digging.


More years pass, and more diggers fall. Again, everyone gathers around and prays in silence. They pick up their shovels and continue digging. More years pass and more diggers fall. Until finally, they have dug for so long their lights no longer work. And their hands have begun to sore.

One of them says, "We cannot see what should we do now?"

Another confidently says, "We finish what we started". So they all pick up their shovels and keep digging. More days, and more months, and again more years pass and more diggers fall. Till finally,


there's only two diggers left.


One of them stops digging and drops his shovel. He falls to his knees. and says, "I am too old and too weak. I cannot hold a shovel. I cannot see from my eyes or move from my legs. I just ask for one thing...

The other miner asks, "To be buried?".

......

He says confidently "No, I think we've done that already."
