The female worker accepts the compliment and goes about her business. The next day she receives the same compliment from the same coworker and again accepts the compliment went along her way.
Day three, she receives the compliment again but this time she heads to the head of H.R. and files a complaint. Upon hearing the story, the H.R. manager is puzzled. "Well, it's just a harmless compliment. Why are you so worked up about?"
The woman replies, "because it's Frank the midget."
