A man from Pakistan receives a Visa for Germany and moves to Berlin. He's so happy that he feels the need to express his gratitude to someone local. He stops the first guy on the street and says:
- Thank you for accepting me in your country. I'm very grateful ...
- Sorry but I'm not a German. I'm from India.
So he continued stopping other strangers on the streets and thank them but after a dozen of them he couldn't find someone who is actually German. He stops the next guy and asks him:
- Hey there, I've received a Visa and I want to thank someone local but I cannot find anyone, can you tell me where can I find someone who is actually German?
- Let's see ...
Says the stranger and looks at his watch
- it's 15:30 and all Germans should be at work.
