One day, he gets a disturbing vision of a storm with hail so large, the gigantic ice rocks crushed houses and brought down the city dam, flooding everything and destroying the town. Horrified, he goes to the city council to warn them of what's ahead.
"Bah!" they exclaimed. "A nightmare is no grounds to evacuate the city!
The man is enraged by this, knowing that they know of his powers. Enraged, he exclaims:
"Dam you all to hail!'
