A Jewish man in Israel goes to the Western Wall every day for 25 years and puts a note saying "Please let me win the lottery". One day he goes, God is looking down at him post the note. "God, he's been coming here for 25 years posting the same note and hasn't missed a day. Why not let him win the lottery?" says God's assistant. God says "I will, once he actually starts playing".
