In the beginning of the show each team has to state exactly how strong their teamwork is. The couple says "Love is the strongest and most valuable thing in teamwork". The best friends say "We've been training since kindergarten to win in this competition and the most importing thing about the training is being there together" and the twins say "Our mother was expecting triplets".
